Message From The President

Thank you for visiting our website.  I am extremely passionate about heat treatment, and I have been in the industry since my teens.  My grandfather started a heat treatment company, and it was later expanded and succeeded by my father after the passing of my grandfather. In 2008 I started Complete Heat Treating along with my brother. In 2011 with the help of John Junge, a successful businessman, I purchased Wisconsin Steel and Commercial Heat Treating and moved equipment and personnel to the present facility in Milwaukee. 

The industry has changed significantly. but one thing that has not changed is the customers’ expectations of good quality and delivery, and Complete will always strive to meet not only our customers’ specifications, but most importantly their expectations.
